Access: the right to request at any time confirmation of whether your personal data is being processed, to be provided with information on such data and its processing, and to obtain a copy thereof.

Rectification: right to request the rectification of inaccurate, outdated or incomplete personal data concerning you.

Cancellation or erasure - also the right to be forgotten: the right to request the erasure of your personal data when, among other reasons and whenever a proportionality judgment is made, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and the right to information does not prevail. However, this right is not absolute, so that the data duly blocked may be retained in the cases provided for by the applicable regulations. The de-indexation of links related to personal data is part of the right to be forgotten.

Opposition: the right to oppose the processing of your personal data, including the creation of profiles. You will not be able to exercise your right solely when your data is processed for legitimate reasons imperative for the processing or for the filing, exercise or defence of claims.

Restriction of processing: the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, which means that they may continue to be stored, but they cannot continue to be processed if any of the following conditions are met:
- That the accuracy of the data is challenged for a period of time that allows the data controller to verify the accuracy of said data.
- That the processing has no legitimate basis and the data subject opposes the erasure of the data and, instead, requests the restriction of its use.
- That the data are no longer needed for the purposes of processing, but are needed for the filing, exercise or defence of claims.
- That a person has objected to the processing or requested its cancellation, while verification is conducted as to whether the legitimate reasons of the data controller prevail over those of the data subject.

In accordance with data protection regulations, personal data will be kept for the time that is necessary to comply with the purposes for which they were collected, provided that you do not exercise your right of cancellation/deletion. Subsequently, they will be kept duly blocked for as long as they are necessary to attend to possible responsibilities arising from the processing until the end of the terms of legal prescriptions established in the current regulations.
